What is your shipping Policy?
We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. We Ship Globally. Oversized pieces (over 30" may require a crate or special shipping charges) All orders have a 7 to 10 day turnaround from the printer not counting shipping time. For instance a two day shipping may take up to 10 days for production and shipping to arrive to your doorstep. All items are custom made for you and have production times.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
All custom order sales are final. If there is a defect in your product upon arrival, contact me and I will make arrangements to return and replace the damaged or defective product. We do not refund any items due to shipping or delivery times. There is a 7 to 10 day production period, then shipping times. A two day shipping choice does not mean you receive the piece in two days. Please order accordingly for your time preference.
